Here we go… another amazing creation from Southern Tier!

2XIPA is Southern Tier’s answer to the hopheads’ request. More hops than malt, but just barely so, this beer is good for what ails you (lack of lame pun definitely intended). Made with 3 different kinds of malt for a well rounded and solid foundation, the beer is balanced by a strong hop nose and serious hop flavor. Your standard grapefruit and pine notes are present, along with an unusual ‘tea’ (?) aspect. The caramelly malt notes keep it drinkable despite it’s 55+ IBU’s and 8.2% abv. Delicioso.
