RECIPE: Amberbock Brats



  • 2 Onions (chopped)
  • 3 Green or Red Bell Peppers
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 8 – 10 Bratwurst
  • 3 bottles Michelob Amberbock


Heat oil in pan on medium-high heat. Add onions and peppers, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until soft, onions are golden brown. Drain liquid into aluminum pan. Grill bratwurst on medium heat for 15 minutes. Place bratwurst into aluminum pan and cover with foil. Simmer for 15 – 20 minutes until bratwurst are fully cooked. Place brats on bun, and smother with onion and bell peppers. Serve immediately.
